Marrakech is about to become the world capital of yoga for the 1st edition of the EPIC yoga festival. From the 21st to the 23rd of June 2019, EPIC yoga festival welcomes yogis from all over the world for an exclusive program filled with yoga, music and arts. Save the date!
The exceptional gathering will bring together, through five unique transcendental masterclasses, everything which stimulates your emotions and imagination. These giant yoga fusion masterclasses, led by international teachers, will be accompanied by local traditional musicians, modern Djs, artists and performances all behind the EPIC cause: the social development of Africa through yoga and arts.. Epic yoga festival is the joyful and successful combination of yoga, art and music in favor of the social development of Africa.
The 21st of June marks the International Yoga Day and the opening of the EPIC yoga festival. To honor that special date, Om Yoga Marrakech, located inside the Mövenpick hotel, will open its doors to everyone, upon reservation, from 10 am to 5 pm. To spark the practitioners’ curiosity and interest, the day will be exclusively filled with some of the most innovative and trendy practices taught regularly at Om Yoga. It will be the perfect opportunity to come discover a practice in a laid back yet incontestably fine atmosphere.
EPIC yoga festival supports Africa Yoga Project and Soar Morocco Project , two organisations that work on developing education in Africa, while launching a pilot project that will serve the education of some of the most vulnerable African populations. A master-conference will precede the Open-Heart masterclass occurring on Saturday at the Palais des congrès of Marrakech. The two supported projects will present their stories and results which will introduce to the talk about the development of Africa through Yoga and arts. 10% of the ticket sales revenue will be donated to the two causes.
