Kays Ruiz, a Lion cub from Atlas who plays in the youth categories at Paris Saint-Germain, is said to be on the verge of signing for Chelsea. According to RMC, it is Claude Makélélé, a former PSG man who works for the Blues, who is said to be a fan of the youngster, who has been at Barcelona’s Masia until 2015.
Moreover, the 17-year-old’s strained relationship with the Parisian management could push him into exile. The young Moroccan, under contract with Paris until 2021, would not be insensitive to the interest of the Premier League club.
