Betis Sevilla’s technical staff have been keeping a close eye on Jawad El Yamiq’s progress since his arrival in Zaragoza in the Spanish second division this winter (7 games played).
The former Raja de Casablanca and OCK player is currently on loan from Genoa (Serie A) but perhaps not for long.
Mundo Deportivo say that, in addition to Betis, Alaves and Valencia are also interested in the Atlas Lions defender (13 caps). As a reminder, Zaragoza have a obligatory purchase clause in case of promotion to La Liga.
With an estimated market value of around €750,000, the player represents a good deal for several clubs given the current financial crisis.
