One thousand five hundred and sixty-five (1,565) new cases of Coronavirus infection (Covid-19) and 841 recoveries have been recorded in Morocco in the last 24 hours, the Ministry of Health announced this Saturday.
This new assessment brings to the total number of infections in the Kingdom to 50,812 since the first case was reported on March 2. As for the number of fully recovered people, the coordinator of the National Center for Emergency Public Health Operations at the Ministry of Health, Mouad Mrabet, said that 35,040 people have recovered.
The number of deaths has risen to 858 with 41 new deaths recorded in the last 24 hours, he added.
