The girl’s father filmed the scene and uploaded the video to his Tik ToK account. The second part of the video shows a 12-year-old boy from Rahat driving around the city with a friend next to him.
According to the Green Light Association, 79 drivers under the age of 14 were involved in motor vehicle crashes in 2019. More than 1,000 children under the age of 14 have been involved in road crashes in the last decade, and it appears that in the south of the country, this is a recurring phenomenon.
