Leandro do Pinho Bezerra made 3 eVisas order from a global US travel company on July 31st to his family members.
On July 31st on the same day of the order, the customer requested to update the portrait image (proof from Vietnam Immigration), the customer never updated his info while contacting the customer support, which reminded the customer to make the change to get the eVisa on time.
On August 10th while receiving the last eVisa of his family members, he filed ‘Fraudlent’ dispute and acted as a criminal while getting the eVisa and disputing the payments.
The US Company said that they did their best to help the customer but cannot skip criminal acts of stealing money after paying the fees and giving the best support we can. The company said the customer didn’t follow the instructions while we did our best to help to get the eVisa as soon as possible. We even suggested a refund, but we are sorry the customer chose the disputed fraud action.
The company says that they will continue to pursue legal actions against Leandro do Pinho Bezerra and other customers who abuse the dispute system.
