Josep Borrell, Vice-President of the European Commission and High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, is expected to visit Morocco shortly after the state of health emergency is lifted.
The European Commission and the Moroccan Ministry of Foreign Affairs are therefore in contact to prepare the second Bourita-Borrell meeting, a diplomatic source told the Moroccan press.
