Agence Directe, which was launched in 2016, is BANK OF AFRICA’s virtual branch. It allows customers to open an account remotely, wherever they are and at any time, and also to subscribe to product and service offers at preferential rates.

This redesign is part of the online account opening process, which was initiated to improve the customer experience by offering simplified processes via an up-to-date and intuitive website.
