Niko Kovac, Monaco’s new coach, is unlikely to keep Youssef Aït-Bennasser. The midfielder is expected to leave Monaco before 5 October.
Monaco’s new coach Niko Kovac has drawn up a list of unwanted players. Among them is Atlas Lions defensive midfielder Youssef Aït-Bennasser.
The ten players are asked to find a place to play by 5 October, which coincides with the end of the transfer market in France.
The former Nancy and AS Saint-Etienne man did not take part in last week’s training camp for Monaco in Poland.
The 24-year-old Aït-Bennasser has played 16 matches with Bordeaux, where he was on loan this season. They finished 12th in the Ligue 1 standings when it came to its final stop (after 28 rounds) due to Coronavirus.
