20 new cases in Morocco in 24 hours and 1,165,004 cumulative cases

The National Center for Public Health Emergency Operations at the Ministry of Health announced 20 new cases of “Covid-19”, recorded across Morocco, bringing the cumulative national toll to 1,165,004 confirmed cases since the first infection recorded on March 2, 2020.

The Ministry also reports that the number of people fully recovered amounts to 1,148,595, while the number of deaths reaches 16,069.

The new cases were reported in the regions of Casablanca-Settat (8), Rabat-Salé-Kénitra (6), Marrakech-Safi (3) and Oriental (3).

In its daily bulletin on the epidemiological situation, the Ministry also said that the number of primary vaccinated reached 24,806,447, those who received two doses amounted to 23,285,241, while 6,255,820 people had three injections of the vaccine.
