Government spokesman reacts to El Grande Toto’s comments

It should be recalled that El Grande Toto, whose real name is Taha Fahssi, was among the artists animating the OLM Souissi stage as part of the Great Concerts of Rabat, organized in partnership with the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication.

In a press conference held on the sidelines of the concert, the young rapper frankly affirmed his consumption of Cannabis. “I smoke cannabis, and then? I get it easily. It is known in the world and we are famous for our grass. We must stop asking questions like that,” he said. A statement that is the subject of debate on social networks to arrive in parliament.
