These measures are part of the “Marhaba 2023” operation, and in application of Royal directives and provisions contained in the circular issued by the Minister of National Planning, Urban Development, Housing and Urban Policy, according to the Rabat-Salé Urban Agency.
To facilitate the procedures for Moroccans living abroad, a one-stop service has been set up at the head offices of the region’s 4 agencies and their branches, as well as a duty office open from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm.
In addition to physical services, the urban agencies of the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra region have also set up an innovative virtual lounge accessible via the link https://salonvirtuel.aurs.org.ma/. This platform offers Moroccans living abroad easy access to all available digital information and services.
The region’s Urban Agencies are also planning to organize “Open Days” specially dedicated to Moroccans living abroad, from August 14 to 18. During these days, MREs will have the opportunity to ask all their questions concerning the various investment opportunities in the region.
