The Moroccan Association of the Purchasing Community (AMCA) and Quadran Maroc, an independent producer of electricity from renewable sources, have decided to join forces, says Les Inspirations Eco in its publication of Tuesday, December 24. Under the terms of the agreement signed, the two parties undertake to carry out joint actions to encourage and promote the use of renewable energies and energy efficiency, in particular by members of the purchasing community, through the organization of conferences and workshops on responsible purchasing, energy saving, green purchasing and new energy laws.
It should also be noted that the agreement aims to increase the scope of actions jointly implemented to promote the solutions offered by Quadran Maroc to the purchasing community. “The energy transition allows companies to act in favor of the environment, to be Eco-responsible, to reduce their energy bills and to gain in competitiveness,” underlined Yassine Serhani, President of AMCA. For his part, Damien Granjon, CEO of Quadran Maroc, noted that this partnership aims to support AMCA over the long term.
It should be recalled that this partnership agreement was signed on the sidelines of the 2019 Morocco Purchasing Forum, organized on December 22 in Casablanca under the theme “The prospects of the Purchasing function by 2025”.
