On 15 and 17 January, Rabat and Casablanca will host the 6th edition of the UK Higher Education Exhibition, which will be held from 13.00 to 19.00 at the Tour Hassan Hotel in Rabat and the Hyatt Regency in Casablanca.
Organized by the British Council, this event will see the participation of more than 23 British higher education and English language institutions and will receive around 8,000 visitors.
The exhibition will be an opportunity for visitors to meet university representatives and learn about the British education system, as well as to find out about study programs, qualifications, visa application procedures, the level of English required, among other useful information. The young people will also be able to find out about the different foreign educational institutions present in Morocco, which will present their programs during the exhibition, such as Masters, double degrees, and exchange programs. The exhibition will also be an opportunity to gather information, at the British Council’s stand, about the language test for studying and working abroad.
There will also be workshops, round tables and presentations on topics relating to study, work and student life in the UK.
It should be noted that British higher education institutions welcome more than 400,000 students each year. These institutions are at the top of the world rankings of universities, due to their prestigious academic standards, internationally recognized degrees and high quality programs, with the United Kingdom hosting 4 of the 9 best universities in the world.
By organizing this exhibition, the British Council aims to provide opportunities for young people to study and work in the UK, while building trust between Britain and the rest of the world.
The British Council was established by Royal Decree as a charity. It is the United Kingdom’s international organization responsible for education and cultural relations. The British Council’s 7,000 staff in 100 countries around the world work with thousands of professionals and decision-makers and millions of young people every year to implement artistic, linguistic, educational and social programs.
