Morocco will promote its gastronomy

One of the country’s oldest caterers will delight guests at the Moroccan stand during Green Week. The latter will be responsible for a mix of traditional recipes and modern trends. Indeed, for more than 67 years, the catering company “Rahal Maître Traiteur” has been defending the Kingdom’s high quality cuisine of pleasures. Chef Mohammed Rahal will prepare couscous, fish, chicken, tagine dishes and much more in the live kitchen and will also reveal some of the recipes.

Moroccan culture highlighted

One cannot talk about Morocco without mentioning the famous Moroccan tea. Indeed, traditional tea ceremonies offer the opportunity to test the intense taste of Moroccan mint. In addition to this, they also provide an opportunity to learn how to prepare the typical hot drink. Visitors can also experience the traditional art of henna and get a tattoo on the spot. A special supplement awaits children: young guests can take a look behind the scenes in the open kitchen and prepare Moroccan snacks and pastries themselves. The musical mix of modernity and tradition is provided by Nabil Khalidi, a nationally renowned musician. Accompanied by traditional songs and folk dances, he creates a relaxed atmosphere in the “Kingdom of Delights”.
