The King Mohammed VI has decided to exempt tenants of habous premises devoted to commerce, trades, services and housing, except for civil servants, from rental fees throughout the period of health emergency, the Ministry of Habous and Islamic Affairs said Wednesday.
“In the context of the continuous concern of HM King Mohammed VI, Amir Al Mouminine and Supreme Nadher of the Waqfs, surrounds the categories affected by the repercussions of the Coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19), His Majesty has kindly exempted the tenants of habous premises devoted to commerce, trades, services and housing, with the exception of civil servants,” the ministry said in a statement.
