Sometimes we feel that we are progressing well in avodat HM. However, other times we feel that we are not able to improve in our service for HM.
Rav’s answer
You should know that there are 50 gates of understanding. Moshe Rabenu and Rabbi Akiba have reached the fiftieth level. How one progresses through these 50 gates is by means of questions and answers.
All life is a continuation of efforts, what blocks us is the yetser haraa. You have to settle what blocks you in order to continue to progress.
