We are vigilantly monitoring all the events of (Covid-19) around the clock, and have implicated various precautions to ensure a sanitized stay for our guests by implementing the SAFE CHECK-IN SYSTEM. This system will guarantee to provide the guests a 24hrs unused hotel room upon check in. The room will be allocated one day prior to the arrival for the new arrival in the property.
This safe check-in system is in line with several measures the hotel implemented since the beginning of this crisis like the strict food safety and hygiene protocols for restaurants and room service to provide a complete safe guest journey in the hotel. All hotel staff are provided with personal protective equipment and enhanced training to limit contacts with the guests.
All the Housekeeping members are working hardly to ensure that Two Seasons Hotel meet the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning after being well trained on World Health Organization statements, training and standards regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19). They are following safety measures that include everything from handwashing hygiene and cleaning product specifications and procedures.
Housekeeping department are even taking further steps by:
– Increasing the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting of all hotel‘s area.
– Adding extra hand-washing supplies and hand sanitizing stations in public areas, meeting spaces, restrooms, guest rooms, and Back of House offices.
