Moroccan Abdelmounaïm Bah Appointed as Secretary General of CAF

The Moroccan Abdelmounaïm Bah has been appointed as the new Secretary General of the Confederation of African Football (CAF), the governing body of African football announced on Tuesday.

The CAF executive committee, who met by videoconference, approved Bah’s appointment, replacing his compatriot Mouad Hajji, who resigned from the post last March.

Abdelmounaïm Bah was previously the interim general secretariat of CAF. Since June 2018, he was director of TV marketing of the African body.
