The Fighting Club Glory announced this Thursday, July 30th, that a big show bringing together several kick-boxers will take place on October 2nd and 3rd.
The Fighting Club Glory is also planning a big show in December with kick-boxers Rico Verhoeven, Badr Hari and Jamal Ben Saddik. The exact date and location of the action is not yet known.
According to the Dutch media outlet Parool, which quotes the world organisation Glory Kickboxing, the number of spectators will be limited to 200 for reasons related to the health protocol designed to limit the spread of the coronavirus. However, the fights will be broadcast on television in more than 100 countries, it says.
A few days ago, Badr Hari called for a resumption of the fighting. “Today, the best kick-boxing organization in the world must take up this important challenge by exploring new and innovative models. This is the perfect time to show that we are the best inside and outside the ring. Let’s fight and win our way to glory,” he wrote on his Instagram account.
