A screenshot of a Facebook group reserved for teachers has caused a great controversy on the Web, this Thursday morning.
This is the publication of a person, claiming to be a teacher, who proudly declared that she had imposed hijab on her students, in addition to forbidding them to shake hands with their fellow boys. She also said that she had separated male and female students in the classroom rows.
This publication provoked the indignation of some Internet users, who considered it an abuse of authority in the classroom, and called on the authorities concerned to investigate the matter.
A source close to the Ministry of Education, however, told the Moroccan press that there is no indication that the author of the publication is really a teacher. Especially since she published her post under a false identity, which raises doubts about the veracity of her statements.
