Covid-19/Morocco: 70 New Death Cases Were Reported on Saturday, About Half of Which Recorded in Casablanca and Salé

70 new COVID-19-related fatalities were recorded in Morocco on Saturday, the Ministry of Health said in a press release. These include 21 cases in Casablanca and 9 in Sale.

According to the Ministry of Health’s publication, the distribution of new deaths is as follows:

Casablanca … 21

Salé … 9

Oujda … 4

Nador – Tetouan – Faqih Bensalah … 3

Jerada – Larache – Al Hoceima – Marrakech – Khouribga – Errachidia … 2

Rabat – Sidi Slimane – Berkane – Figuig – Tiznit – Chefchaouen – Ouezzane – Qalaat Saraghna – Beni Mellal – Pullman – Taounate – Guelmim – Boujdour – Valley of Gold … 1

This brings the total number of deaths in Morocco since the outbreak of the pandemic on March 2 to 4,197 cases.
