In the notable presence of the distinguished Moroccan players, Sevilla won a valuable victory over Celta Vigo, four to two, on Saturday in the tenth stage of the Spanish Football League.
Sevilla’s goals were scored by the Frenchman Jules Conde, followed by the Moroccan international Youssef Nassiri, who scored with a superb header, and Sergio Escudero. Then came substitute Mounir Hadadi, who is of Moroccan origin.
Sevilla jumped 13 points to move up to seventh place, and Celta Vigo stopped at seven points in nineteenth.
The match saw the absence of Sevilla’s Moroccan goalkeeper Yassin Bono following his infection with Coronavirus, and the first presence of Moroccan Oussama Idrissi with the Andalusian team, who came on in the last 10 minutes and provided good passes on the left side.
