Ronaldo’s hotel in Marrakech required an investment of 430 MDH

Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo will be visiting Marrakech in the next few days to visit his future hotel “Pestana CR7”, the first of its kind on the African continent.

The unit, which is scheduled to open next February, is located on the brand new M Avenue. It will include 174 rooms, two restaurants, a shopping centre, a clinic and luxury suites.

The project would have required 430 million Moroccan dirhams (nearly 41 million euros) to be completed. It is the latest property investment for Cristiano Ronaldo and the fifth in the “Pestana CR7” range already present in several western capitals.
