A woman died on Wednesday, March 30, after part of her house collapsed in the Kasbah Moulay Hassan neighborhood in Fez.
According to a source of the Moroccan press, it is the latest rainfall in the city that caused the collapse, resulting in the death of this elderly woman.
The elements of the Civil Protection were able to remove the victim from under the rubble and his body was transferred to the morgue, the same source added.
The deadly collapse has caused great emotion in the neighborhood, it was noted, and an investigation has been initiated on this tragedy.
