Official: The Ministry of Justice plans to organize a new competitive examination for access to the legal profession

Never has an entrance exam to the legal profession provoked as much controversy as the one that took place this year. At a time when unsuccessful candidates continue to question the results of the competition, the Ministry of Justice is trying to reassure the protesters while remaining firm on their claims. In a statement, the department of Abdellatif Ouahbi said it has fully assumed its responsibility in responding to requests from constitutional institutions, in this case Justice, and appeals from failed candidates regarding the results.

On this occasion, the Ministry decided to refuse to reorganize the examination under the pretext that the requests in this direction are unfounded. The communiqué reminds that the Justice has already judged inadmissible the appeals filed by some candidates.

In an attempt to appease, the Ministry has affirmed its determination to organize a new exam for access to the profession next year without giving an exact date.
