Fez / International Congress of Dynamic Psychiatry

Psychiatry, psychoanalysis, philosophy, sociology and anthropology will discuss, each from its own angle, violence and aggression in our modern societies and particularly in Moroccan society, during this international congress.

This 2nd annual session of continuing medical education in psychiatry is the initiative of the Moroccan Association of Dynamic Psychiatry (AMPD), in collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine of Fez and with the support of the World Association of Dynamic Psychiatry (WADP), the International Federation of Psychiatry (ALFAPSY), the International Federation of Psychotherapy (IFP) and the Psychoanalysis Section of the World Psychiatric Association (WPA).

This international meeting will be inaugurated by the conference on “Violence and religions” which will be given by the great Syrian Arab poet Adonis, says Dr. Tyal. It will be a continuation of the ideas developed in the book of interviews of Adonis with Houria Abdelouahed, professor at the University of Sorbonne, psychoanalyst and translator (author of “Figures of the Feminine in Islam” and “The Women of the Prophet”), where it is a question of extending the reflection of Adonis on the themes addressed in his poems, religion, radicalization, attacks, the failure of the Arab Spring, women and femininity … the violence attributed to religions.
