Kelâat M’Gouna: Closing in apotheosis of the 58th International Exhibition of the rose perfume

this annual meeting focused on the important achievements in the areas of development of the industry rose perfume and its value under the strategy “Generation Green”. 

 This international event, placed under the theme “Generation Green Strategy: the sector of the perfume rose, a lever for local development,” has welcomed this year more than 50,000 visitors from different backgrounds, including to discover the identity and cultural heritage associated with Kelâat M’Gouna. 

 This exhibition, whose opening ceremony was chaired by the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Rural Development and Water and Forests, Mohamed Sadiki, has housed more than 100 booths, including the institutional space, a space dedicated to the sector of the perfume rose and various local products, and another dedicated to the agri-food. 

 The closing day of this exhibition was marked by a scientific seminar on “Investment in agriculture and agricultural sectors in the region of Draa-Tafilalet”, during which participants have focused on the place occupied by the sector of the rose as a lever for development at the local level. 


 The program of the show has been enriched this year by several scientific seminars and round tables, led by leading researchers, academics and experts on various topics related to the development of the value chain of the rose for the benefit of farmers, professional organizations and investors. 

 The fair was also marked by artistic activities performed by local and national musical troupes, in addition to a carnival through the streets of the city with a mixture of rhythms, songs and folk dances, in a festive atmosphere interspersed with several artistic scenes.
