Zouhair Feddal soon in Valencia?

Zouhair Feddal, who has been playing for Betis Sevilla since the summer of 2017, is said to be close to changing clubs. According to reports from Spain, the Atlas Lion is about to join Valencia.

Zouhair Feddal is being targeted by FC Valencia’s management, according to reports in the Spanish daily Estadio Deportivo. They are looking for a replacement for Argentinian Ezequiel Garay, who has been forced to withdraw until the end of the season after rupturing the anterior ligaments in his right knee.

The same source says Valencia are in the middle of negotiations with Bétis Sevilla for the transfer of the Moroccan international, in the form of a loan.

The 31-year-old defender has a great opportunity to seize if he wants to get more playing time, especially as he has only played 10 games in La Liga this season. His most recent appearance came on 5 January when he made his last appearance for Deportivo Alaves.

Feddal joined Betis in July 2017 for €2.5 million. He is under contract with the Beticos until 2021.
