On the occasion of the celebration of the Portuguese Republic’s national day, His Majesty King Mohammed VI congratulated the President of the Portuguese Republic, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, on his country’s national holiday.
In this message, the Sovereign wishes sincere congratulations and best health and happiness to President Rebelo de Sousa and further progress and prosperity to the Portuguese people.
The King welcomes the long-standing ties of friendship and cooperation between the two countries, reaffirming his firm determination to pursue joint action to strengthen bilateral relations and bring them up to the level of the aspirations of both nations.
