Jewish artist: Ruth Kestenbaum Ben Dov the discreet one

Discreet Ruth Kestenbaum

Ruth Kestenbaum Ben Dov Art Space Gallery, Jerusalem, October 201.

Roth Kestenbaum does not compromise. She does not seek to please and refuses all exoticism. Through portraits and landscapes she creates a chronicle of present and vanishing times.

The artist takes the world as it is, but still looking for a light to come and break what was in certain periods of history.

She patiently pursues series that are always works in progress. They go through time in order to retain it with an attentive look on the beings and what makes their daily life.

His work is as modest as it is profound. It is of the order of a caress that is in no way romantic but which refers to reality in a diffracted way.
