1,423 new cases of coronavirus infection (Covid-19) and 2,300 recoveries have been recorded in Morocco in the last 24 hours, the Ministry of Health announced on Monday.
The new assessment brings the total number of contaminations since the first case reported on 2 March to 134,695 and the number of people who have recovered completely to 113,336, a recovery rate of 84.1%, the ministry said in its daily Covid-19 bulletin.
The number of deaths rose to 2,369, with 39 new cases recorded in 24 hours, a case-fatality rate of 1.8%.
