A $150 plane ticket to Dubai

The first Israeli airline to operate a direct route between the two countries is Arkia – The
first commercial flight will take off on January 3, 2021, with a variety of vacation packages to the Emirates.

The fruits of the peace agreements: Israeli airline Arkia announced today (Tuesday) that it will begin operating direct flights to Dubai in about two months.

The announcement of the route’s launch indicated that the route will begin operations on January 3, 2021, and that it will be the first Israeli airline to offer the possibility of booking flights and vacation packages – starting today.

To mark the launch, Arkia will offer airline tickets starting at $149 one-way.

Oz Berlowitz, CEO of Arkia International, said: “We are delighted and honored to be the first to open ticket sales for Arkia’s direct flights to Dubai. The decision to open a flight route to Dubai was taken after increasing demand from our customers, private business customers and numerous requests from groups and conference organizers. “

“Next, we are exploring the possibility of opening flights to Bahrain and the Sharjah Islands near Dubai in the near future,” Berlowitz added. “The flights are still subject to the approval of the state and security authorities, which have not yet been fully received. The company is in constant contact with all parties and hopes that we can even bring forward the opening of the line by mid-December.  “

“The launch of the line is part of our company’s strategy to expand its network of destinations based on demand from the Israeli public and from outbound and inbound tourism to Israel,” he continued. “In addition, the company will offer a variety of tourism products including: organized tours that speak Hebrew and Russian, flight and sightseeing packages, desert safari packages and will offer vacation packages in a variety of top-rated hotels in the Emirates to suit all budgets.
