David Govrin, the head of the Israeli liaison office in Rabat, announced Sunday that he has been officially appointed Israel’s ambassador to Morocco.
On his Twitter account, Govrin wrote: “I am honored to announce to my friends around the world my official appointment as Israel’s ambassador to Morocco. On this occasion, I thank all our partners in the Kingdom and abroad for their efforts to achieve peace. We will continue our work to develop relations between the two brotherly countries.
