The curtain fell, Saturday evening in Rabat, on the 14th edition of the International Festival “Children of Peace”, the time of a festive journey to the four corners of the planet to discover the diversity and cultural wealth.
The closing ceremony of the event took place at the headquarters of the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO), organized by the Bouregreg Society under the honorary patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Lalla Meryem, during a series of activities, the children of the delegations gave wonderful musical and artistic performances.
This ceremony, which coincides with the glorious Throne Day, was also marked by folkloric shows presented by Moroccan groups that highlighted the richness and cultural diversity of the Kingdom. The closing ceremony saw the participation of 36 countries, and the presentation of 26 shows, performed by the children of the participating delegations, including Moroccan groups from different regions of the Kingdom.
