Leadership cannot be decreed, it must be chosen, and great careers are built. It is with this in mind that the ambition of “Mazagan Academy”, which is constantly growing and diversifying, recently launched “Mazagan Leadership au Féminin”, a new training and coaching program dedicated to the development of women at the Resort.
It should be noted that the culture of Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort is one of parity, with 50% of women holding positions of responsibility! This initiative reinforces the Resort’s strategy to actively contribute to the development of the employability of women executives through the development of managerial and leadership skills, assertiveness, confidence and self-transcendence,… to become Women Leaders.
This first edition is intended for 12 women managers in different departments, who are willing to accomplish their career ambitions in line with their values and aspirations. This project is spread over a period of 12 months, offering these women the opportunity to acquire new managerial knowledge that will enable them to access professional networks more easily.
The voluntary and authentic accompaniment of a new generation of women leaders is an imperative to successfully lead this change. Integrative coaching favors self-awareness and helps remove obstacles to lasting change, according to the organizers.
These women are led to work on professional projects related to other managerial functions than their own in order to broaden their fields of action, to explore new paths, to learn and enrich their skills. Mentoring, personalized coaching, workshops, conferences, discussion groups… are part of the program throughout the program.
