From Vila Nova de Famalicão to Tan Tan, the southernmost point of Morocco, where the expedition will pass, these volunteers for solidarity will also stop in Tangier, Arfoud, Merzouga, M’Hamid, Tata and Marrakech.
The objective of this “mission” will be to deliver in-kind donations, including school supplies, collected over the last few months with the support of the Lions Club of Famalicão and the Escola Básica 1,2 Dr. Nuno Simões, of Calendar, and intended to equip some Moroccan schools in need.
These adventure-loving volunteers are preparing to cross kilometers of desert, as well as visit various points of cultural, architectural and natural interest, combining their altruistic mission with their passion for discovery.
