A police brigadier working at the Public Security under the police prefecture in Marrakech, suspected of having sexually abused a boy, was temporarily suspended on Saturday, April 1, by the Directorate General of National Security, a police source said. An investigation has just been initiated by the services of the Royal Gendarmerie in the region of Tamaslouht located on the outskirts of the ocher city, the same source said.
Indeed, added the same police source, the DGSN awaits the outcome of this investigation, which is conducted under the supervision of the Prosecutor General’s Office under the Court of Appeal in Marrakech to determine its disciplinary responsibilities and take appropriate decisions regarding the administrative sanctions that must be undertaken.
