Moroccan-American rapper French Montana, whose real name is Karim Kharbouch, flew to Casablanca on Tuesday. On his account Instagram, the rapper shared several photos showing the warm welcome he received from his family. “Live from Africa. An impossible mission has been accomplished,” he wrote.
On these pictures, French Montana, smiling, is surrounded by members of his family and neighbors. The rapper lived in Morocco for 13 years before moving to the United States where he forged an international career.
