A French national died Friday during a parachute jump in the commune of Ait Iaza, in the province of Taroudant.
The tourist was unable to open his parachute in time. The fall took the victim’ s life as he crashed on the runway of Sidi Dahmane airport.
Alerted, the Royal Gendarme went to the scene of the tragedy and transferred the body to the morgue for autopsy. An investigation was also opened, under the supervision of the competent prosecutor’s office, to determine the exact circumstances of this tragedy.
