King Mohammed VI Expresses his Condolences to the Family of the Late Abdeladim Chennaoui

The King Mohammed VI delivered a message of deep sorrow and sympathy to the family of the late artist Abdeladim Chennaoui. The artist died Friday evening in Casablanca at the age of 85 after suffering a prolonged illness.

His Majesty said he was deeply touched to learn about the death of the artist Abdeladim Chennaoui.

The King has expressed to the members of the deceased’s family and, through them, to all his relatives, friends and fans, as well as to the great national artistic family, his deep condolences and sincere compassion, praying to God to grant them patience and comfort.

In his message, the Sovereign affirmed that he shares the family’s feelings following the loss of this great artistic icon. He expressed his appreciation for the actor creative and pioneering contributions to the dissemination of Moroccan theatrical art, and urged Allah to pay him a generous tribute, surround him with His holy mercy and welcome him to his vast paradise.
