Warm welcome for Rabbi Pinto, songs, celebrations and prayers on the occasion of the night of redemption

The Holy Night of Redemption, which Rabbi Yoshiyahu Yosef Pinto Shalita celebrated on Tuesday at the Yad Eliyahu stadium in Tel Aviv, was not like the usual religious holy nights, as it was an exceptional event on all levels. Indeed, a large number of people attended and shared strong feelings while listening to the messages delivered by the famous rabbi, who emphasized the importance of tolerance, affection and love for others, so that souls transcend the material world, and come closer to the teachings of God.

The warm reception of Rabbi Pinto, who has been absent from Israel for months following his recent tour of several American cities, demonstrates the extent of the love, appreciation, and respect that his followers have for him. They came from all over the world to participate in this sacred event organized by Rav Pinto, just days before Rosh Hashanah, the Hebrew New Year.

Bodies shook as they listened to the reading of the Torah books, with the participation of more than 30,000 people, and during the religious lessons of Rabbi Pinto on the Kabbalah. Afterwards, songs were sung in collective voice, led by the orchestra of artists Avraham Fried and Yuval Taip.

During this great event, which resembled a festive religious holiday, the Torah was read over the victims of the Lag Ba’Omer accident in Meron. It was also an opportunity to read the sacred books of the Zohar, the Torah teachings of the Prophet Moses, in the presence of several famous rabbis of Israel, including Rabbi Pinto’s father, his son and some members of his family, considered one of the greatest dynasties of Jewish rabbis.

The crowd that attended this demonstration was very happy when Rabbi Pinto approached them to greet them, and many rushed to get close to him, touch his clothes, kiss his graceful hands, hear his voice and receive his blessing.
