A young man succumbed to his serious injuries after being stabbed by his rival early on Monday morning, July 31. The tragedy took place at the beach known as Sfiha, in the rural commune of Ajdir in the province of Al Hoceima. A misunderstanding between the two friends, the perpetrator and the victim, led to a quarrel on the beach, and a fatal stab wound put an end to the fight. The victim died at the scene of the fight, and his body was taken to the mortuary at Al Hoceima provincial hospital for an autopsy. As for the suspect, he escaped and is currently being actively sought by the gendarmes.
