Casablanca: Strengthening the quality of slaughterhouses

The tripe hall now has the capacity to sell 25,000 pieces of ovine and bovine tripe per day, including red offal, heads, white offal, brains and legs. 

Currently invested at 50% of its capacity, this expansion aims to offer a marketing platform to users, with a capacity of up to 500 people per day, explains Casablanca Prestations in a press release. 

“This initiative, in line with our ongoing commitment to quality, food safety, and user satisfaction, testifies to our desire to offer quality facilities and optimized spaces, thus promoting healthy and sustainable practices throughout our production process,” it explains.
