Abdellatif Hammouchi, the General Director of National Security (DGNS) and the National Territorial Surveillance Department (DGST), held talks this Thursday at DGST headquarters in Temara with US Secretary of State Michael Pompeo, who is on an official visit to Morocco.
These interviews were held in the presence of officials from the National Territorial Surveillance Department, as well as several American officials.
The US Secretary of State, who previously had talks with the Head of Government, Saâd-Eddine El Othmani, will also have talks with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans residing abroad, Nasser Bourita.
It should be noted that Pompeo arrived in Morocco early in the afternoon for a visit to the Kingdom, which confirms the strong dynamic that distinguishes Moroccan-American relations, as well as the common desire to strengthen the multifaceted strategic partnership between Washington and Rabat.
