Covid-19: Morocco Prepares to Reopen its Borders in July

Morocco plans to reopen its land, sea and air borders in July “probably after the lifting of the state of health emergency (10 July),” our sources said.

The Kingdom had decided, as a preventive measure, to lock its borders in mid-March. The reopening of the Moroccan borders is eagerly awaited both in Morocco and abroad.

Moreover, this will be especially good news for Moroccans living abroad who want to spend their holidays in Morocco.

It should be noted that the European Union declared itself ready, on 25 June, to open its borders with countries such as Morocco, the Europa Press agency reports.
