According to reliable sources, Le Site Info has learned that Mohamed Madimi will appear before the examining judge at the Marrakesh court of first instance next week.
The arrest of the president of the National Center for Human Rights, an NGO based in Marrakech, took place the previous week, following numerous complaints filed against him.
It was Mohamed Madimi who broke the scandalous “Hamza mon bb” affair, in which many celebrities were blackmailed, and he will be the subject of a thorough judicial investigation on Monday 13 July.
The same sources said that more than 30 complaints against the president of the National Centre for Human Rights, which led to his detention, have been filed with the relevant authorities.
Mohamed Madimi had his moment of glory when he received a lot of media coverage in his defense of the victims of the shady affair of “Hamza mon bb”.
