Abu Dhabi Delivers Knockout Opportunity for UFC Fight Island Triple Header Spectators to Attend UFC 257: Poirier vs. McGregor pre-fight press conference and weigh-ins

Added benefits for lucky spectators to see UFC’s biggest stars Etihad Arena events on Thursday and Friday before Sunday’s main attraction

All ticket holders must register to book their seats, available on first‘register’first-serve basis

Abu Dhabi, UAE – January 19: Abu Dhabi has delivered yet another exciting first as the Emirate continues to welcome fans back to live events by inviting UFC Fight Island Triple Header ticketholders to attend the pre-fight press conference and official weigh-ins at Etihad Arena ahead of Sunday’s UFC 257: Poirier vs McGregor.

Anyone with a ticket for the UFC Fight Island Triple Header can register to attend the pre-event press conference featuring main event fighters Dustin Poirier and Conor McGregor, co-main event athletes Dan Hooker and Michael Chandler, and UFC President Dana White at the arena on Thursday evening. With limited capacity for the event, organizers encourage UFC fans to register now and book their exclusive opportunity as seats will be available on a first come-first serve basis. Those wishing to attend must register and present a negative PCR test with 48 hours validity.

Additionally, to thank spectators for their support in the return of live events, the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT – Abu Dhabi) is inviting ticketholders to register to watch the UFC 257: Poirier vs. McGregor official weigh-ins in person on Friday, live at Etihad Arena.

Ticketholders wishing to attend either or both events must adhere to all aspects of the UFC Fight Island Triple Header spectator journey, created to ensure the health and safety of all parties. Protocols include presenting a negative PCR test on arrival (with 48-hour validity), ticket checks, thermal scanning, mandatory wearing of masks and social distancing once inside the venue.

All registered ticketholders will receive an email with further details ahead of the two events that will only add to the excitement for what promises to be a spectacular main event on Sunday.
