Morocco to Change Clocks as of April 1st

The change of clocks in Morocco will take place in the first week of April, which will give the citizens enough time to get used to the change before the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan. This change is part of the 2nd article of the decree number 2.18.855. The standard time will be maintained once again after Eid Al Fitr.

The summer clock, which is currently applied, is used permanently, as decreed by the Governmental Council. This decree was instaured as a way to avoid the many changes along the year, and their consequences.
