The Council will consider four draft decrees, the first of which extends the state of health emergency throughout the national territory, and the second completes the annex to the executive decree of the law on the system of compulsory health insurance and the law establishing a pension scheme for the categories of professionals, self-employed and self-employed persons exercising a liberal activity, said a statement from the department of the Head of Government.
The same source adds that the third draft decree is the implementation of the above laws in favor of self-employed artists, while the fourth decree is the implementation of the decree-law on the implementation of exceptional measures in favor of certain employers affiliated to the National Social Security Fund (CNSS) and their employees, as well as certain categories of self-employed insured with the CNSS, affected by the repercussions of the pandemic on the tourism sector.
The Council will conclude its work by examining the proposals for appointments to senior positions in accordance with Article 92 of the Constitution.Following this Council, the government will hold a special meeting to consider certain legislative proposals.
